Datsenko G. Formation of the management strategy of financial resources enterprise

The thesis is dedicated to the a theoretical grounding, investigation of methodical approaches and applied recommendations concerning the strategy of enterprise financial management. The research of problems concerning the strategy of enterprise financial management and the optimal variant of their choice is accomplished. On its basis the concept of "financial resources" is specified. An innovative approach to the selection of criteria and indicators of complex efficiency evaluation of the formation processes, use and management of enterprise financial resources is proposed. It makes possible to analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of these processes.The conceptual model of interrelation of objects of the strategic management by forming financial strategy on an enterprise level, is elaborated, which is determined by: obtaining resources from the external environment, identifying goals and activities, products manufacturing, their its transfer to the external environment and ensure effective interaction of the participants for the effective regulation of financial flows. The system of financial strategy for machine building enterprises is proposed, its goals, tasks, functions, principles, components, qualitative and quantitative characteristics of action and criteria of its efficiency evaluations are revealed.
