Essay

In the dissertation the optimal control problems of ordinary differential equations are investigated by averaging method. Statements of proximity for solutions of original systems and corresponding averaged systems are obtained in the nonlinear case and in the case of linear control problems on asymptotically finite intervals and on semiaxis. The existence of optimal controls for original and averaged problems in the case of linear with respect to control systems of differential equations is proved.
