Bondar I. Lutheranism in the Context of European Spiritual Development: Peculiarities of Religious and Cultural Relations

The thesis focuses on the Religious Studies analysis of Lutheran spiritual tradition as phenomenon of European spiritual and ethic altogether with cultural and art development. It was shown that the new anthropological conception is formed under the influence of Lutheran ideological principles in Christianity, the ethic constituent of spiritual life of European society changes considerably, thus a necessity and practical value of educational process and scientific knowledge is realized that is more adequate to the needs of the people of New time. It was proved that the dissemination of Lutheran religion in Europe starts modernistic tendencies in different spheres of artistic culture, the transformations of which find out the logical correlation between religious-creative and cultural-creative processes.
