Yaremenko V. Methods and means of improvement in diagnosis of combine hydro- drives

The topic of thesis is the increase of combine potential and decrease in expenses for technical maintenance and repair by making the malfunctioning search process easier, which also simplifies the entire usage of hydro-mechanisms. The changes of structural parameters of technical coordination of hydro mechanisms in the process of exploitation and their influence on work efficiency of hydro mechanisms and hydro-combines were explored. Diagnostic models, describing correlation of cooperation of hydro-drives consisting parts of steering-wheel, running gear, and main technological mechanisms were developed; and on their basis diagnostical parameters, methods and means of diagnostics were substantiated. Rules of hydro-machine spare parts deterioration and their link with diagnostic parameters, work ability indices of combine mechanisms were set up. Normative value of parameters were identified. Means of hydro-drives diagnostics of dynamic transitive regimes were modernized. Complex of inter-synchronizing rules, methods and means of express, operational and periodic diagnosis of combines were elaborated. The effectiveness was confirmed by laboratory and production tests
