Scientific work is devoted to the development of theoretical and methodological grounds and methodical approach to the formation of innovative strategy of bread making enterprises. Theoretical and methodological aspects of innovative process were determined, and factors, which influences the buildup of innovative strategy, were classificated. Different approaches to the definition of the economic aspects of innovative strategy were systematized, the classification of them was proposed. Trends and problems of the development issues of bread making enterprises were highlighted. The condition of investment and innovative activity of bread baking enterprises was analyzed. The econometric model of innovative process of industry was constructed. The strategic ways of innovative development of bread making enterprises was approved. The diagnostics of the availability оf the enterprises to the embodiment of innovative strategy was accomplished. The algorithm of the creation of innovative strategy of the bread making enterprises was suggested.
