Оbject - transition processes of internal state changes in indoor air of residential and civil buildings. Purpose - to develop mathematical models and methods of calculation to evaluate and improve indoor air quality during periodic ventilation. Methods - to describe a process of internal state changes of air used physical analysis and mathematical modeling of the processes. To assess the adequacy of the proposed models held experimental research. Novelty - mathematical model changes of concentrations of harmful matters, which makes it possible to determine the concentration of harmful matters in the premises at any time, for the case when the flow of harmful matters is changed over time; a method of calculating of the air mode of the building, which takes account of the air permeability of exterior and interior construction; received the equation to determine the temperature of air in the apartments and its constructions in non-stationary processes, taking into account the air permeability of protecting designs. Results - according to the results of research, the algorithm of calculating of periodic ventilation is developed. The results of the work are introduced in the drafting of the reconstruction of ventilation system of civil buildings. Branch - construction.
