Essay

In the thesis methods of nanotechnological processes management systems speed improving are proposed. ICS data acquisition architecture, which includes programmable logic controllers, allowing distributed control functions is designed. To implement the storage system the data warehouse, integrating disparate data into one structure was used. To interpret the experimental data, process parameters ontology was created. Search for the best logic level package format was carried out by means of simulation. The results were confirmed by laboratory simulation and real processes control systems creating.
