Priyma S. Principles of interpretation of legal rules.

The work is devoted to the definition of the legal nature of the legal rules interpretation principles, to the investigation of their value in legal regulation, and also to the disclosing of the sense of these principles. The concept and the basic signs of legal rules interpretation as one of the kinds of legal activities are defined. The analysis of interpretation methods is realized, and also features of different kinds of legal interpretation are examined. Similar and distinctive signs of interpretation principles, the general principles of law and principles of law enforcement are reflected. Interpretation principles are divided into two groups: the principles that concretize the general principles of law in interpretation sphere (justice, humanism, good faith and proportionality), and the principles that provide observance of the basic requirements to law enforcement during realization of interpretative activities (legality, reasonableness, expedience, timeliness, justification and clearness).
