The dissertation is devoted to the study of contemporary theoretical and practical problems of providing evidence in bribe-taking cases at the pretrial stages of criminal investigation. The procedure of opening criminal investigation in a bribe-taking case and providing evidence at the criminal case opening and pretrial investigation stages is studied based on generalization of scientific sources, laws of Ukraine and other countries, and study of investigative and judicial practice.
