The dissertation covers the research of illegal migration as a kind of organized criminal activity; the system of measures to combat illegal migration and classification of its measures. The main elements of forensic classification of illegal migrants transfer via the State Border and the peculiarities of violations detection by illegal migrants have been defined. Certain aspects of investigation activities implementation in criminal cases dealing with human beings transfer via the State Border have been outlined.
