Essay

The thesis highlights the complex of theoretical and practical problems concerning with the regulation in criminal procedure legislation of the prosecutor's activity. On the basis of literary sources generalization, investigative, prosecutor's and judicial practice in criminal cases the ways of its improvement are found out. Considered are suggestions concerning with the improvement of prosecutors' activity and the suggestions are made for further updating of "Ukraine's law of public prosecutor's office", the current draft of the Code of Criminal Process and the Code of Criminal Process project , which regulate this activity.
