Essay

Thesis is a comprehensive scientific research of preliminary inspection of primary materials on economic crimes under the stage of raising criminal case. A number of theoretical and practical recommendations which have elements of scientific novelty and formulated on the base of legislation of Ukraine in force, mechanism of committing economic crimes, practice of their detection and investigation are stated in this thesis. The notion and types of economic crimes are researched; peculiarities of economic crimes' mechanism that affect on the decision of criminal proceedings' initiation are determined.
