Andrusyak V. The functions of organ of preliminary investigation in criminal procedure of Ukraine

Scientific work is devoted to open theoretical and practical questions opening of, related to the problems of improvement of legal principles of realization of pre-trial investigation of their basic function organs - investigation. In the research an the author determines a concept, maintenance and essence of criminal judicial function, through the analysis of its development in science of criminal process and criminal judicial activity legislation, sets its system and gives the proper classification.In dissertation the author is expose maintenance, concept, essence and legal nature of pre-trial investigation in modern criminal procedure of Ukraine, his purpose and task is specified taking into account historical pre-conditions of origin and prospects of subsequent development.
