Essay

Dissertation is dedicated to complex study of legal providing of basic types of land-cadastral activity in Ukraine. The author defines notions of the state land cadastre and а land-cadastral activity, difference of concepts of а land-cadastral activity and land-cadastral works, principles of realization of the land-cadastral activity. The classification of basic types of the land-cadastral activity has been conducted. And the interconnection has been set between them. Modern state of realization of basic types of the land-cadastral activity in Ukraine has been analyzed, existing shortcomings of legal regulation are found, scientific and legal proposals for their elimination are suggested.
