Paliy N. Legal regulation of recreational lands use and protection

The study is a complex research into legal regulation of use and protection of recreational lands in Ukraine. The concept of recreational lands, their composition and legislative specifications concerning the regime of their use and protection are analyzed in this thesis. The law criteria of legal regime delimitation of recreational lands from curative and other related land categories are investigated and specified. The peculiarities of use and protection management of recreational lands are determined. Legal forms of recreational lands use are examined. The analysis of legal measures of recreational lands protection is carried out. Legal grounds and procedure of judicial call to account for breaches of legislation concerning recreational lands use and protection are singled out. Ways of legal regulation improving of recreational lands use and protection are suggested.
