The dissertation is devoted to a research of a question of a legal regime place and role in the mechanism of legal regulation of public relations, to definition of general-theoretical concept of a legal regime and the characteristic of its signs, the analysis of a parity of concept of a legal regime with adjacent categories: management, the government, a political and social mode, the mechanism of legal regulation, a legal status, system or law, to the characteristic of structure of a legal regime and its components, illumination of specificity and features of a legal regime as criterion of division of system of law, to carrying out of the classification of kinds of a legal regime branched out within the limits of general-theoretical research, general characteristic publicly-legal and private-legal modes.
