The dissertation is devoted to problems of using of forensic knowledge in investigation of drug-trafficking. On the basis of analysis of scientific researches of native and foreign scientists, investigating and expert practice, author determines essence, forms and structure of forensic knowledge of specialists, who engaged in investigating of drug-trafficking. Author determines main aims and peculiarities of activity of specialists, who participate in investigation of such crimes. An important thing that have been considered in the work is activities of specialists during operative crime detection action in hospitals.
