Karapetyan O. Medical and social aspects of breast feeding disorders of newborns with perinatal pathology

Results of dissertation allowed to complement the global criteria of the Initianive of support of the breast feeding for the increase of prevalence and duration of the breast feeding of newborns with perinatal pathology in a that number of prematurely borns, to develop the methods of prognostication of his disorders on the stages of supervision of pregnant and newborns. It is discovered that to the factors which determine the absence of the breast feeding belong: pathology of pregnancy, absence of supervision of woman during pregnancy, operative delivery, premature births, presence for the mother of own negative experience of rearing, is in anamnesis, and also social reasons. It is proved that for raising frequency and continuance of the breast feeding medical man has to prepare the pregnant woman, begin feeding by her breast in time, support in the making lactation and accompany effectively.
