Essay

The object of investigation: the process of investment security of the development of beet cultivation at agricultural enterprises. The aim of investigation - the substantiation of theoretical and methodological basis and the elaboration of practical recommendations to the investment security of the development of beet cultivation at agricultural enterprises. Methods of investigation: abstract-logical, calculating-structural, normative, economic-mathematical modelling. Theoretical and practical results of investigation: the suggestions to the improvement of investment security of the development of beet cultivation at agricultural enterprises which are directed to the achievement of the efficient development of the sector on the basis of intensification of investment operation. Scientific novelty: for the first time the systemic approach to the policy design of investment security of the development of beet cultivation at agricultural enterprises has been proposed; the dynamic economic-mathematical model of the optimization of the investments into fixed capital of beet cultivation has been developed; systemic approaches to the formation of the system of indices for the evaluation of investment security have been improved; the technique of determination of promising requirement of investments for the efficient development of beet cultivation at agricultural enterprises has been given further evolution. The degree of application: the results of the investigation are used in practical activity of Cherkassy Regional State Administration, in production and economic activity of agricultural enterprises and during the educational process at Uman National University of Horticulture.
