The thesis is devoted to development of theoretical positions and development of methodical instrument estimation of efficiency innovative activity of building enterprises.The Economic essence of concepts "innovation", "innovative activity", "innovative process" and its interrelation is established are defined and opened,, essence of concept "innovative activity of building enterprise is specified. The essence of concept "efficiency of innovative activity of building enterprise" is defined and well-proven necessity of application the complex fitting for its.The methodical going to the estimation of influence factors on innovative activity of building enterprises is reasonable, which shows by itself the aggregate of directions analysis and corresponding indexes after the spheres of origin factors.The methodical going to the estimation of effectiveness of innovative activity of building enterprises is offered, which is based on principles of matrix method.The methodical going to the timation efficiency innovative activity of building enterprises, which shows by itself the aggregate of criteria and ponding indexes after the distinguished and reasonable having a special purpose directions of estimation from position of parties concerned and is based on principles of flexibility and adaptiveness is worked out. The model of consumer choice of innovative products is reasonable based on priority of consumer descriptions of building products. The methodical going to the estimation of innovative risk during investing in innovative activity is worked out, which is based on the theory of consumer behavior, and allows defining the coefficient of innovative risk, on what correct the net brought profit over from investing in innovative.
