Zharenko V. Legal questions of activity of the agricultural commodity producers created in the course of an agrarian reform

The dissertation is devoted to complex research of legal questions of activity of agricultural commodity producers which are created in the course of the agrarian reform in Ukraine. In particular in work legal provisions of re-structuring of the collective agricultural enterprises, social, economic and legal signs, organizational and legal forms, legal aspects of formation and activity of agricultural commodity manufacturers which are created after reforming of the collective agricultural enterprises are shined. Legal questions of forming and use of property and the agricultural purpose lands are analyzed by the specified subjects of agricultural activity, legal principles of their state support are formulated, offers on improvement of the legislation which regulates activity of agricultural manufacturers are made.
