Zalyziuk A. Peculairities of the modern currency of the out hospital pneumonias and their treatment in children of earl age

Thesis is devoted to the actual problem of modern pediatrics - increasing of the efficiency of diagnostic and treatment of the out hospital pneumonia in children of the earl age on the background of examination of the peculiarities of the clinical currency, factors of the immune status, morphometric parameters of thymus, its function, pathomorphological changes of the central organ of immune system. Due to this work were estimated peculiarities of the clinical manifestation and currency of the out hospital pneumonia in children of early age. As well were estimated role of cytomegal viral and herpes viral of the I, II types infections in currency of the out hospital pneumonia in children of early age. We also examined main factors of the immune status of the children of earl age with out hospital pneumonia with a background of cytomegaloviral and herpes viral of the I, II typesinfections due to examination of the cell elements of immune system and morphofunctional characteristics of thymus. Were found secondary changes of immune system, that characterized with dysbalance signs of cell elements of immune system, decreasing of the factors of phagocytes protection and increasing of the factor of the specific lymphocyte-monocyte potential. Were studied morphofunctional signs of thymus, signs of immunogenesis oppression. At the background of found results of the study we suggested to include to the complex therapy of the out hospital pneumonias in children of the earl age with VSH of the I, II types, CMV infection of immune modulating medicine - Immunoflazidum.
