Object of research: processes of counteraction to the threats of economic security of enterprise in the conditions of dynamic changes. Purpose of research: development of complex of management mechanisms by economic security of enterprise in the conditions of unstable economic environment. Methods of research: analysis of the systems and general theory; methodology of structural-functional and processing design of the difficult systems; methods of financial analysis and management; theory of limitations; positions of theory and management methods by a cost.
