Essay

On the ground of complex investigation there was formed the concept of pathogenic mechanisms of refractory GERD taking into consideration the peculiarities of course of different forms of the disease, refluxat character and morphological state of esophageal mucosa in interrelations with parameters of gastrin link regulations, there was established the main role of disorders of functioning of low esophageal sphincter. The received data allowed to elaborate the new approach to correction of functional state of low esophageal sphincter and to prove its efficiency.
