Alyoshina O. Activity of Arsen Richynsky of ukranization in Orthodox Church in Poland (1920-1930 s.)

The dissertation is concerned with the religious and public activity of Arsen Richynsky on the process of ukrainization of the Orthodox Church in Poland in 1920-1930s. On the base of yhorough analysis of activity sources and documents, critical literature his public activity, social and political views have been investigated. The leadiry role of A. Richynski in preparation and conducting the Lutsk Church Congress has been researched, his participation in work of the Ukrainian Church Komitets. His achievements in the development of church and social life in 1930s have been considered. The neccesserity to introduce Ukrainian language into the church practice and to form foundations for the participation of laymen in the church life given by A.Richynski have been discussed in the dissertation.
