Hylka M. Dynamics and Structural Changes of Agricultural Enterprises Fixed Capital

Thesis points out research of theoretical, methodological and practical issues of dynamics and structural changes of agricultural enterprises fixed capital. Economic essence and specifics of a fixed capital in agriculture are grounded. Methods of dynamics determining and fixed capital structure are analyzed. Changes which took place in a fixed capital structure, their dynamics, and indices of movement, guaranteeing and efficiency of a fixed capital use are researched. The peculiarities of separate groups of fixed capital objects are outlined and the analysis of fixed capital structure changes determined by them is made. The author defines the influence of national economical policy on efficiency of a fixed capital use; the directions of depreciation policy are suggested, particularly. Some organizational and economical activities concerning improvement of a fixed capital structure on the basis of implementing of programming and targeting method of financing of modernization and technical upgrading of a fixed capital, optimal terms for a fixed capital renewal, establishing of Economical Support Fund and modernization of agriculture as an institution of technical upgrading of a fixed capital are grounded.
