Burdenyuk T. Strategic analysis of competitiveness of enterprises

Investigation object - financial economic activity of poultry enterprises in competitive environment. The aim of the thesis work lies in the development of the concept of the strategic analysis of enterprises' competitive ability. Methods - analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, rating, correlation-regression, dispersion analysis, expert appraisals. Results - the strategic state of the enterprises on the native poultry market has been appraised, the value of different trends of their activity has been defined, the mechanism for the re-distribution of the financial flows between different kinds of production has been formed, the general and specifying competitive strategies have been proposed and general model of poultry enterprises have been opened. Novelty - the conceptual basics for the strategic analysis of the enterprises' competitive ability have been proposed, the competitive situation on the poultry market of Ukraine has been appraised, the nearest competitors as well as their strategic positions and competitive advantages have been defined and the effective poultry enterprises' behavior in the competitive conditions has been formed. Practical results - have been implemented in the practical activity at "Ternopil poultry factory" OJSC and "Chernivtsi poultry factory" CJSC; besides they are taken for implementation by Ternopil Department of Ukrainian State Fund for the support of farming enterprise and the Main Administration of the agro-industrial development of Ternopil Regional State Administration.
