Proposed, experimentally and clinically based expediency of the filling way for the I, V class cavities (Black). Established, that proposed method allows to shorten immediate complications on 18.1 - 23 % comparing with the patients who had cavity filling with fotocomposites using traditional adhesive preparations, and remote on 8.3 - 79.7 % on different quality indexes of the restoration comparing with the patients, who had filling of the tooth cavities with fotocomposites using traditional adhesive preparations or with glass-ionomer cements.
