Tkachenko M. The optimization of pathogenetic therapy of osteoarthrosis in combination with atherosclerosis and metabolic syndrome

The thesis is devoted to the development of complex therapy of violations of homeostasis for patients with osteoarthrosis in combination with atherosclerosis and metabolic syndrome on the basis of study of pathogenetical branches of polimorbid pathology and their pharmacological correction of pioglitazon and rosuvastatin. Clinical flow of osteoarthrosis in combination with atherosclerosis and metabolic syndrome is characterized by heavy lesion of genicular and coxofemoral joints, on the background the reliable increase of thickness of intima-media of general carotid on a background of the decline of indexes of vazodilatation in comparison with osteoarthrosis patients. The nosotropic mechanisms of progress of its combination is an activation of oxidative stress, aterogennic dislipidemia, resistance to insulin and system inflammation. Including of pioglitazonum and rouvastatinum to base therapy positively influenced on the key links of pathogenesis of the united pathology, that allowed to improve clinico-functional state of patients and to avoid of the development of complications.
