Peca D. Installation of soviet state regime in Transcarpathian in 1944-1950: historical and legal research

The thesis explores the historical and legal aspects of the formation and development of the Soviet regime in Transcarpathia in the period 1944-1950 years. In this work the mechanism of the Soviet regime, deportations and other forms of political repression on the collective and individual levels in the period 1944-1945 years. The international-legal conditions of entry of forests to the USSR, and by comparing them with the mechanisms of accession to the USSR in 1940's other Ukrainian lands. In addition, the series and the estimation of human rights violations during collectivization and liquidation of the Greek-Catholic Church during the establishment of totalitarian Soviet rule in Transcarpathia years 1946-1950.
