Essay

The research object is a process of the dewatering devices of food processing productions afterproducts. The research purpose is to decline power charges for dewatering of food processing productions afterproducts by hydraulic impulse drive using. For put purpose achievement methods of mathematical modeling of dynamic processes are used in hydraulic impulse drive on PC using mathematical software package Matlab. Experiments performed in laboratory conditions using PC and advanced metrology equipment - analog-digital converter and sensors. Experimental results fixed using analog-digital converter and treated by methods of mathematical statistics. Scientific novelty is the following: first time experimentally proved technological efficiency of using of inertial scheme with lower part location of oscillation link in equipment with hydraulic impulse drive; resonance structural theory of vibration and vibroshock processes on afterproducts of food processing productions dewatering were received farther development; developed mathematical model of hydraulic impulse drive with ball-shaped two-stage pressure generator by presentation his hydraulic links as consists of dissipative and springy non-inertial elements models; first time developed and used mathematical model of electro-mechanical part of hydraulic impulse drive shown by equation of motor shaft moving kinetic energy changing taking into account pressure changing timetable in pressure part of hydraulic impulse drive. Practical value is the developing of new construction of ball-shaped two-stage pressure generator, that ensures proved by experiments the most effective modes of vibration and vibroshock processes on afterproducts of food processing productions dewatering. The method of calculation of parameters of hydraulic impulse drive electro-mechanical part, that may be used for new equipment with hydraulic impulse drive projecting for it's working without overload, is established. Using the vibrotechnologies in food industry was received farther development. A degree of realization - results of thesis transferred to the implementation to Ltd. "Moyivskyy sugar" and JV "Galka Ltd". The application fields - food industry enterprises, where necessity of afterproducts of food processing productions dewatering is.
