The theoretical and practical methods to form and rise competitiveness of agricultural enterprises on grain market have been researched. The classification of levels in production competitiveness has been supplemented with its definition on the stage of production and sale. The conditions, tendencies and main factors of agricultural enterprises competitiveness formation on grain market has been defined. It has been found out that the further intensification, optimization of production concentration and specialization levels, state support of the branch are the important direction of rising the competitiveness level of agricultural enterprises on grain market.
