Development of problems, related to forming and functioning of concept vehicle of criminal process law of Ukraine is carried out in dissertation, and as a result is a decision of scientific task in relation to methods and receptions of analysis of concepts of criminal process law of Ukraine, formulation scientifically of grounded practical, methodical recommendation for enforcement practice in the sphere of the examined questions.
