The dissertation is the complex monographic research of the criminal responsibility for hooliganism. The basic terms and concepts, objective and subjective attributes of the hooliganism in the criminal law of Ukraine and separated foreign states are comprehensively investigated. The dissertation also performs the comparative legal analysis of the aggravating circumstances of the hooliganism and its punishment features under the criminal legislation of Ukraine and separated foreign states. Based on the research results the dissertation tenders the offers on the improvement of the current legislation and practice of its enforcement.
