Essay

This thesis is a research in which at monographic level problems have been analyzed of investigation of criminal actions committed owing to preaching destructive ideologies or carrying out devotions. In the manuscript several of them have been considered, which are: general characteristics of religious organizations of religious organizations with activities based upon destructive ideologies, and their criminal and legal features; criminalistical characteristics elements of the crime in the article 181 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine have been analised, together with the facts of the case subject to finding out.
