In this thesis the main results of the complex research of the theoretical and methodological as well as practical problems of the integration development in winemaking are exposed. The modern winemaking producers development tendencies are investigated and the major problems of the wine producers functioning are revealed. The winemaking transfer price application mechanism that will make for all integrated formation partners financial interest equalization and establishment of the equal relations between different wine producers within the limits of one integrated structure was offered and proved. The author's model of wine producer raw areas formation is offered.
