Kolbasin Y. State support of automobile industry in Ukraine

The object of research is the process of state support for development of automobile industry. The purpose of research is the further development of theoretical and methodical positions and practical recommendations on the determination of priorities and mechanism of the automotive industry state support in Ukraine. Methods of research are system approach; logical analysis; synthesis; system, structural and comparative analysis; target and program approach; taxonomic studies; graphical method. Theoretical and practical results. Development of the methodical approach to the substantiation priority directions of the automotive industry development in the state target program; the mechanism of the state support of the automotive industry of Ukraine in the crisis conditions; analytical support of the state target program of development automobile industry in the country had the further development. Methodological approach to the evaluation of the technical level production of the automotive industry in the formation of the target program of the industry development, that based on such specific characteristics of passenger cars, as dynamism, safety, convenience, cost effectiveness; methodical maintenance of the market segmentation automobile industry production in the development of the target program of its support in terms of consumer demand and solvency of the of the population basic layers are improved. Scientific results are used in the activity of the Main Department of Economy of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration (certificate No 38/1 from 20.08.2010) and the Main Department of Foreign Economic Relations and European Integration, Kharkiv Regional State Administration (certificate No 01-16/405 from 20.05.2010).
