Solyar V. State support and stimulation development social infrastructure of region

The object of research is process of formation mechanism state support and stimulation development of the country regions social infrastructure. The purpose of research is development of theoretical and methodical positions and practical recommendations on the state support and stimulation of the social infrastructure development in the regions of Ukraine. Methods of research are system analysis and synthesis; abstract and logical method; system and logical method; graphic method; method of entropy. Theoretical and practical results. Methodical approach to the substantiation of the priority directions of the state support of the regions social infrastructure development in the target program; theoretical and methodical approach to the formation of the state support and stimulation mechanism of the regions social infrastructure development through the implementation of program activities; methodical support for the determination of the level of the regions social infrastructure development had the further development. The essence and content of the concept "social infrastructure"; methodological approach to determination of the social infrastructure objects security level. Scientific results are used in the activity of the Main Department of Economy of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration (certificate № 563/1 from 02.11.2010 ), Research Center of Industrial Development Problems of the NAS of Ukraine (certificate № 284/1 from 08.10.2010) and Kharkiv National Pedagogical University by G.S. Skovoroda for the teaching of the disciplines "Regional Economy", "National Economy" and "State Regulation of Economy" (certificate № 01-723 from 11.10.2010).
