Essay

Object of research: processes of organization, management, functioning and effective development of agro-industrial exchange market. Aim of research: reasoning of theoretical and practical aspects of organizational and managerial bases improvement of agro-industrial exchange market of Ukraine, and also development of methodological points and recommendations to increase the efficiency of its functioning. Methods of research: structural and logical method, system analysis, the method of expert evaluations, economics and mathematics modeling, economics and statistics method, function- systemic method, abstract-logical method. Theoretical and practical results: the theoretical plan offers the scientific reasoning of approaches towards functioning and effective development of domestic agro-industrial exchange market. The practical plan contains the improvement of methodological bases of organization and management effectiveness increase of agro-industrial exchange market by means of system approach and optimized surroundings formation based on modern management technologies. Degree of implementation: the results have been accepted to be used by General Department of Agro-Industrial Development of Cherkassy Regional State Administration, General Department of Economy of Cherkassy Regional State Administration, Commodity Exchange of Agricultural Sector of Central Regions of Ukraine, Cherkassy Central Commodity Exchange, public corporation "Vetzooprompostach", private enterprise "Amovet", limited liability company "Selm". Sphere of usage: farming and agricultural sector economy.
