Patyk A. Cooperation between investigatory and operative-search bodies in detection and investigation of property crimes

Dissertation is devoted to the complex research of modern problems of cooperation between investigatory and operative-search bodies as a condition for detection and investigation of property crimes. In dissertation a historical review of emersion and development of cooperation was considered. Studying and generalization of legal provision of detection and investigation of property crimes made it possible to reveal number of defects affecting on cooperation between investigatory and operative-search bodies. As a result of made research the following author's definitions were formulated: "cooperation", "cooperation between investigatory and operative-search bodies in detection and investigation of property crimes", "optimization of forms of cooperation between investigatory and operative-search bodies in detection and investigation of property crimes".
