The dissertation is devoted to the research of basic criminological indexes of level, structure, dynamics and geography of crimes, connected with illegal use of budgetary funds; to finding out the most widespread methods of committing these crimes; to characteristics of factors which stipulate the crime commitment in a budgetary sphere; persons who commit crime of this category. As a result of research the row of theoretical and practical conclusions is formulated, suggestions of the perfection of legislation and the actions of prevention of crimes connected with illegal use of budgetary funds by internal affairs bodies are brought.
