The thesis focuses on the complex research of theoretical, methodological and practical questions connected with the judicial techniques of law-applying acts in the activity of internal affairs bodies. It examines the historic way of forming the judicial techniques, its law basis and practical means of law-enforcement in the activity of internal affairs bodies. In comparative aspect it examins the judicial techniques of law-enforcement acts in the activity of internal affairs bodies with the judicial techniques and also with law-enforcement techniques. It substantiats the necessity of distinguish some methods of research the judicial techniques of law-enforcement acts in the activity of internal affairs bodies, works out some methodological recommendations for improvement of the law-enforcement acts application by internal affairs bodies workers in their practical work.
