Chornobay O. The Folklore Law Philosophy

The fulfillment of complex philosophical interpretation of folklore as sociocultural phenomenon in the thesis was made on the basis of historical paradigmatic approach. This was done taking into account value world-view of law philosophy reference points. The folklore law hypothetically arises, ontologically consolidates itself and like the natural and common law has all the grounds to be supposed an element of domestic law system. Thus it can influence the modernized reformation and improvement of the domestic law system mentioned above to some extent. The meaning of the main value features of folklore law was substantiated.
