The dissertation is devoted to increase of efficiency of flourmilling due to a scientific substantiation of expediency of application of the directed air streams from aspirations and pneumotransport systems in f flourmills and improvement of the technologies of a flour with use of the directed air streams. Influence of humidity of intermediate products on quality of a flour is established during milling, investigational temperature of grain at different parameters of air and quality indicators of a flour. Influence of relative humidity of air on ashes, the general yield and humidity of a flour is revealed. Influence of air exchange on parameters the air environment in industrial premises flourmill is proved. Investigational and calculation heat loss which occur at work aspirations and pneumotransportation systems. The expediency of a reuse directed air streams is certain. It is established efficiency works of filters-cyclones RCI and RCIE. Industrial approbation and introduction improvement technologies of a flour is lead.
