Pelykh I. Formation of the innovation and investment potential of agricultural enterprises

The thesis is devoted to the substantiation of theoretical and methodological propositions, and practical recommendations as to the improvement of the formation of the innovation and investment potential of agricultural enterprises. The study examines and broadens the essence and structure of the innovation and investment potential of agricultural enterprises. It determines the content of the organizational and economic mechanism of the innovation and investment activity of agricultural enterprises; analyzes and systematizes procedure approaches recorded in the literature on the assessment of the economic efficiency of the formation and realization of the innovation and investment potential. The thesis monitors the current innovation and investment state of agricultural enterprises of the Kherson region and estimates the degree of the realization of their innovation and investment potential. The work analyzes foreign experience of introducing an innovative business center in agricultural production. It also develops a strategy of the innovative and investment development and a model of enhancing the efficiency of using the innovation and investment potential of agricultural enterprises in the region with the aim of improving the formation of this potential and raising the efficiency of its realization.
