Essay

Dissertation is devoted to substantiation and assessment of the effectiveness of use in treatment of patients with chronic recurrent aphthous stomatitis inhibitor of phospholipase A2 (chlorogenic acid) on the basis of studying the role of phospholipase A2 in the pathogenesis of stomatitis. A "phospholipase" model stomatitis was developed. A compounding health care mouthwash with the introduction of the inhibitor of phospholipase A2 was developed. Shown that patients with chronic recurrent aphthous stomatitis use in treatment developed by mouthwash significantly accelerates clinical recovery, less time of aphtha epithelization and reduces number of relapses.
