Petrenko O. The economic mechanism of cooperation of investment entrepreneurs of transport holdings companies

The complex research of the theory and practice of holdings' functioning is conducted. A concept "A transport holding" is formulated. For the improvement of economic mechanism it was suggested to take into account the methodical positions concerning the investment decisions of transport holdings which consist of three basic stages: the definition of the effective investment trends by selection of "braking enterprises with prior investment orientations"; determination of the appropriate plan of funds' allocation for the transport holdings' projects among the participants of investing; definition of the priority of the investment projects implementation, which are sponsored by a transport holding company by the means of adjustment rate.
