Essay

The thesis is devoted to the research of the new reinforced spatial floors for multi-storeyed buildings design. The distinctive features of the suggested design are: - the spatial topology, which is formed from the flat elements as long as "the span"; the simplicity of junctions of the flat elements; - the differentiation of materials for items that perceive the forces of the different characters; the variety of footing condition. The building design has been implemented on the basis of the developed principles, based on the potential energy of the system strain research and strain energy density distribution in the elements of the system. As a result, the obtained constructive elements posess positive attributes: a minimum cost of materials determined by the resources or the highest resistance at the set cost of materials. The verification of a constructive solution and the method of its formation has been accomplished through the field testing. The implementation of the research results into practice via designing and building has been carried out.
