Bondar V. Making the decision in the legal cases of the administrative offence

This thesis is devoted to the search of specific features in the making decision of the affairs about an administrative offence. The author payed attention to the condition of the science dissociation problem about an administrative responsibility, gave the specific features "administrative offence" and "administrative infection". The candidate for a degree studies the administrative penalty. If was studied and classified the authorities (authorized person) which are authorized to study the cases about the administrative infraction. It was proposed to make changes to the present law forecasting as the participant of the administrative implementation "witness". It was classified the specific features of the making decision procedure about the administrative by the competent bodies (competent authorities).
