Essay

Dissertation is devoted history of philosophical reconstruction of the main ideas of classical liberalism of J. Rawls with accent on understanding of parameters of justice. In the dissertation sources of formation of philosophical ideas of freedom, equality, justice, contractualrelations between a society and the state, the basicstages of formation of liberal outlook are opened. Tendencies of reconstruction of ideas of freedom, equality, justice are investigated of J. Rawls, stages of domination of these ideas in public consciousness them by institutionalization and maintenance reconsideration are defined.
